You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, and you keep access to member benefits until the period ends.
We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for cancelled memberships. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
Due to the digital nature of our products, one-time tool purchases are non-refundable once the tool has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased tool, we will work with you to resolve it. If we cannot resolve the issue within 14 days, a full refund will be issued.
Free tools are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds. They are provided as-is without guarantee.
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate payment within 5 business days upon notification.
