Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" on the homepage. Enter your name, business name, email, and phone number. Verify your email and you're in.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Free tools like the WhatsApp Script Kit are available without any payment. You can download and use them immediately after signing up.
How do I complete my profile?
Go to your Dashboard, click the Profile tab, and fill in your business name and phone number. A complete profile helps us tailor recommendations for you.

Tools

How do I download a tool?
Go to the My Tools tab in your dashboard. Find the tool you want and click the "Download" button. Free tools are available immediately. Paid or membership-gated tools require purchase or an active membership.
How do I use a tool after downloading?
Each tool has a "📖 Guide" button next to it. Click to view step-by-step usage instructions. You can also find tips in the email sent to you after purchase.
What's the difference between a purchased tool and a membership?
You can buy any tool individually (one-time payment). A membership gives you access to a bundle of tools for a monthly fee — often more cost-effective if you need multiple tools.

Membership & Billing

How do I subscribe to a membership?
Go to the Plans section on the landing page. Choose Starter, Growth, or Pro. You'll be redirected to Paystack to complete payment. After successful payment, your membership activates immediately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! Go to your Dashboard → My Plan tab. Click "Change Plan" to upgrade (you pay the prorated difference) or downgrade (applied instantly, no refund for the difference).
How do I cancel my membership?
Go to Dashboard → My Plan → Cancel Membership. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
What payment methods are accepted?
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. We accept Visa, Mastercard, MTN Mobile Money, and AirtelTigo Money.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. After every successful payment, a receipt is displayed on screen (you can print it) and sent to your email. Receipts are also available in your dashboard under the Payments tab.

Feature Voting & Roadmap

How do I vote on new features?
Visit the Roadmap page and click 👍 on any feature you want. Each member gets one vote per feature. The most-voted features are built first.
How do I know when a feature I voted for is released?
When a voted feature becomes a tool, you'll receive an email notification. You can also check the Roadmap page for status updates.

Affiliate Program

How does the affiliate program work?
Share your unique referral link (found in Dashboard → Affiliate tab). When someone signs up through your link, you earn GHS 100 per referral. Payouts are processed monthly.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are made monthly via MTN Mobile Money. The admin processes payouts from the admin panel. You need a verified phone number on your profile.

Admin Overview

How do I log into the admin panel?
Go to /admin and sign in with your admin account credentials. Admin accounts are created by setting is_admin: true on the user's JWT payload.
What can I do from the admin panel?
Manage tools (add/edit), membership plans (create/edit/sync with Paystack), view members, process payments, send newsletters, manage content blocks, view build tracker, create backups, run scheduled tasks, and configure settings.

Settings

How do I configure email sending?
Go to Settings and fill in the SMTP fields: Host (smtp-relay.brevo.com), Port (587), SMTP User, and SMTP Key. Optionally add a Brevo API key as fallback. Use the "Send Test" button to verify.
How do I add AI providers?
In Settings, add API keys for OpenAI, Groq, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, or Anthropic. Set the priority order in ai_provider_order (comma-separated names). The system will try each provider in order, falling back if one fails.
How do I set up Google Analytics?
Add your GA4 tracking ID (G-XXXXXXXXXX) to the ga_tracking_id field in Settings. The analytics snippet will be injected into all HTML pages automatically.
How do I configure WhatsApp?
Add your Meta WhatsApp credentials: Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, and Permanent Access Token. Messages can be sent from the WhatsApp section in admin after configuration.

Managing Tools

How do I add a new tool?
Go to the Tools tab, click "Add Tool". Fill in name, slug, price (0 for free), category, and upload/download URL. Check the Plan Access boxes to control which membership tiers can access the tool.
How do I link a tool to a feature request?
In the tool editor, paste the Feature Request ID (from the Votes tab). After saving, the "Notify Voters" button appears — click it to email all voters that their requested feature is now available.

Membership Plans

How do I create a plan?
Go to Plans tab → "Add Plan". Set name, slug, price, features (one per line), and optionally a Paystack Plan Code. Use the "Sync from Paystack" button to auto-import existing plans.
How does plan gating work?
Each tool has Plan Access checkboxes. Check the plans that should have access. Users on those plans will see and be able to download the tool. Ungated tools are visible only if purchased individually.

Email & Scheduler

What emails are sent automatically?
Welcome email (on signup), welcome series (Day 1/3/7 onboarding), payment receipt, admin alerts (new signup/payment), membership expiry warnings (3 days / 1 day / expired), membership cancellation notice, tool launch notification to voters.
How do scheduled tasks work?
The Scheduler tab lets you manually trigger: Membership Expiry Checks (sends 3-day/1-day warnings, marks expired), Onboarding Checks (sends Day 3/7 follow-ups), and Process Email Queue (sends queued emails). All three run automatically every hour.
How does the email queue work?
Batch emails (like newsletters) are written to the email_queue table. The scheduler processes them in batches of 50, with automatic retries on failure. Queue stats are displayed in the Scheduler tab.

Backups

How do I create a backup?
Go to Backups tab → "Run Backup Now". All Appwrite tables are exported as JSON and stored on the server. Backups appear in the list and can be downloaded or deleted.
How many backups are kept?
The system keeps the last 10 backups automatically. Older backups are deleted when new ones are created. Manually delete backups from the list if you need to free space.

Affiliate Management

How do I view affiliates and payouts?
Go to the Affiliates tab. You'll see all affiliates, their referral counts, and pending commissions. Use the "Pay All" button to mark commissions as paid (actual transfer is done separately via Momo).
